Professional Journey

Hello, I’m Hazel M.
The Founder and CEO of The QWERTY Ink and the creative mind behind CogZart.
My career is fueled by passion, creativity, and strategic innovation in brand management and entrepreneurship.
The Inception of The QWERTY Ink
In September 2016, I embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure in Mumbai, establishing The QWERTY Ink.
This venture was born from my desire to create a firm that not only excels in brand storytelling but also thrives on strategic thinking.
Over the past seven years, I’ve led my team to deliver innovative solutions that have propelled our clients’ growth and success.

Crafting Campaigns at Ogilvy & Mather
Prior to founding The QWERTY Ink, I sharpened my skills at Ogilvy & Mather, where I served as a Senior Copywriter.
My role involved training interns and ideating for esteemed brands like IDBI Bank, Secret Temptation, and Fevicol.
I’m particularly proud of handling IDBI Bank’s ‘Celebrating 50 years of Friendship’ campaign and conceptualizing ‘The Test of Friendship’ campaign, which not only went viral but also significantly exceeded the brand’s engagement expectations.

CogZart
A New Venture in Adult Recreational Games. With a keen eye for market trends and a heart for innovation, I founded CogZart.
This new venture is close to my heart, as it combines my love for puzzles with my expertise in creating engaging experiences.
At CogZart, we specialize in adult recreational games that are not just pastimes but also works of art that stimulate the mind and offer a unique form of sophisticated entertainment.

As I continue to lead The QWERTY Ink and CogZart, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity and strategy, ensuring that every campaign and CircZle we create leaves a lasting impression.
Join me on this incredible journey.
